Free ISM Medical Camp held

JAMMU, Sept 17: The Directorate of Indian System of Medicines (ISM) AYUSH, organized a Free Medical Camp at Surrae Chak, Toph and other flood affected areas of Phallain Mandal of Block Sohanjna, here today.
759 patients were examined and treated for various ailments, particularly, vector/water borne diseases, who were also provided free ISM (AYUSH) medicines.
Earlier, the Camp was inaugurated by Anil Gupta, president, Handicapped Association J&K in presence of Dr Davinder Kumar Gupta, Assistant District Medical Officer ISM District Jammu.
The Camp was held under the directions and patronage of Director General ISM, Abdul Kabir Dar and under the overall supervision of Dr Davinder Kumar Gupta.
Prominent among others who visited the Camp were Incharge Police Post Phallain Mandal, Sumit Magotra and Headmaster Govt High School Surrae Chak.
