JAMMU, Mar 21: A highly interactive meeting of Principals’ of Schools of repute was held at GD Goenka, Public School Jammu governed by Om Prakash Bansal Charitable Trust, in which the participants discussed various educational reforms and allied issues.
The meeting was organized by Jammu Sahodaya School Complex (JSCC) which is a Central Board of School Education body of CBSE Schools of Jammu.
In the meeting, the educational leaders discussed the various norms of learning to improve the Quantitative and Qualitative learning.
In this meeting of intellectuals, the annual Sahodaya calendar was discussed in great detail and various competitive activities were chalked out. The Principals voiced their strong opinions regarding the policy of declaring the Host school as winners of the specific event.
It also came to light that the Modus Operandi regarding Information and Technology was still in its primitive stage and needs to be explored to the optimum level for better and more advanced results.
The meeting emphasized that the fourth pillar of all Schools, Class- IVth employees needs to be well trained to groom the personality of the children as they are in direct dealing with them.
The participating schools were KC Public School, APS Nagrota, KC International, KC Gurukul, Jodhamal School, Heritage School, SOS Herman Gmeiner School, St. Xaviers School, BSF Paloura, Jammu Sanskriti School, APS Domana, Sainik School Nagrota, MHAC Nagbani, DAV Akhnoor and Stephens International School.
The meeting ended with Dr R P Singh, Principal of G.D Goenka Public School, Jammu delivering the vote of thanks to the Principals and K C S Mehta, the convener of Sahodaya for conducting the meeting.
