JAMMU, May 20: Gandhi Nagar zone shall take on Satwari zone in the final of under-14 boys’ cricket tournament of district Jammu, organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) at MHAC Nagbani School grounds, here.
Earlier, in the semifinals, decided today, Gandhi Nagar outplayed Dansal by 21 runs while Satwari defeated Akhnoor zone by two runs.
Similarly, in under-17 age group, Satwari zone and Jammu zone today qualified for the semifinals at Mini Stadium Parade, here. Earlier, in the quarterfinals, Satwari trounced Akhnoor zone by 40 runs and Jammu downed Khour by 27 runs.
