JAMMU, Oct 25: Eminent artist from the State, KK Gandhi has been invited in Ladakh Literature Festival, which is being organized at Leh from October 29 to 31.
The theme of the Festival is Folk and Oral Traditions of Ladakh, New Media/Graphics and Animation, Environment and Wild Life, Culinary Traditions, Fiction, Film and Theater, Gender and Ethnic Representation, Ladakhi Literature & Journalism.
During the event, workshops related to New Media, Music, Wood Cut Printing, Reading Calligraphy, Pin Hole Camera and live demonstration of painting will also be organized. The venue for the grand event will be at Leh Palace and Central Asian Museum.
The organizers have requested Gandhi to give live demonstration of his magical art in the presence of the artists, art critics, intellectuals, visitors, tourists and local folks.
