Srinagar, July 30: Gangbugh FC and Young Downtown FC scripted wins by seven goals each over their opponents in the ongoing ‘Annual League Football Tournament’ of A-Division, being played at Synthetic Turf TRC, here today.
The first match was played between Gungbugh FC and Towheed AFC Anchar, wherein the former defeated the latter by 7 goals to nil wherein Owais Qayoom scored four back-to-back goals for the winning team, while Irshad, Musavir and Kamran contributed one goal each.
The 2nd match was played between Young Downtown FC and Kashmir Heroes Academy. Young Downtown FC dominated the show and defeated Kashmir Heroes Academy by 7:0 goals. Sallah and Mansoor scored two goals each, while Haris, Inayat and Taban scored one goal each for the winning team.
The tournament is being organized by Jammu and Kashmir Football Association in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council.
