SRINAGAR, Aug 17: Government Boys High School, Natipora organized Cross Country which was sponsored by the Jammu and Kashmir Bank, here today.
Over 300 school children including boys and girls participated in the race, which was flagged off by Principal of the School, Fatima Laherwal.
After the conclusion of the event, an impressive function was held in which students presented light cultural programme and spoke on various topics.
Principal Government Higher Secondary School, Channapora, Srinagar, Mehmooda and the staff of the School was present on the occasion.
Prizes were distributed among the winners on the ocasion.
Sajjad Bazaz, Incharge Corporate Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility Departments of the J&K Bank, who was chief guest on the occasion, distributed prizes among the students.
Mehmooda, Principal of Higher Secondary School, Channapora also distributed prizes among the students.
While speaking on the occasion, Mr Bazaz threw light on the need of extracurricular activities in Schools..
