JAMMU, Oct 5: G.D. Goenka Public School, Jammu, hosted the highly anticipated Goenkan Commerce Fest, a dynamic inter-school competition that brought together leading schools from Jammu.
The fest was inaugurated by chief guest Dr Atul Hans, Director Academics and Principal of International Daily Rising School, Jammu, alongside school officials including Sanya Bansal, Director, and Arindam Roy Choudhury, Principal of G.D. Goenka. A mesmerizing dance performance by Goenkan students set the tone for the day.
Competitions included Pitch Perfect, won by Jodhamal Public School; Economic Escape, with GD Goenka securing victory; Trading Triumph, dominated by RM Public School; and Tatter Tycoon, where Jodhamal triumphed once again. The Fiscal Faceoff debate saw KC International School emerge victorious, while GD Goenka also took first place in Biz Bingo.
The day ended with the prize distribution ceremony, where Jodhamal Public School was crowned the overall champion for their outstanding performance across multiple events. The fest concluded with a vote of thanks by Dean Academics, Susmita Roy Choudhury, celebrating a successful day of learning, competition and collaboration.
