JAMMU, Jan 30: A placement drive was held in Government Degree College Billawar on 30-01-2013 Under Project UDAAN by Government of India, Future Group in partnership with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) for “Retail Executive”, “Legal Assistant” and “4G Customer Services Executive”.
A written test alongwith ‘Group Discussion’ and interview was conducted for the selection of candidates.
The selected candidates will undergo four months training and a stipend of Rs 2500 per month will be paid to the selected candidates during training period along with free boarding, lodging and meals.
After successful completion of the programme, candidates would be provided with an opportunity to take up jobs in the companies like Future Group, Vishal Mega Mart, Reliance, Aircel, Districts Legal Authorities (Maharashtra), Pigeon Industry etc with a package of Rs 1.80 to 2.00 lakh per annum.
Because of huge response and telephonic queries by the society, the placement drive has been extended by one more day.
