CHENANI, Mar 24: Government Degree College (GDC) Chenani organized Kho-Kho and T-10 Cricket matches under the Fit India Mission to promote physical fitness among students. The event, held at the college grounds, witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty.
Principal Prof. Rajesh Gupta emphasized the importance of sports for overall development, aligning with the Fit India Movement. In the Kho-Kho match, teams from the 2nd, 4th, and 6th semesters competed fiercely, with the 6th-semester team, led by Rimy Katoch, winning. In the T-10 Cricket match, the 6th-semester team, captained by Krishnanshu, triumphed by 3 runs.
The event, coordinated by Prof. Aditya Sharma, saw contributions from Dr. Sidhant Bhardwaj, Dr. Preeti Sharma, Prof. Shivani Sharma and Prof. Vanshika.
