KARGIL, Apr 6: Department of Physical Education & Sports, Government Degree College Drass in collaboration with Indian Army (13 JAK RIF) organized a Friendly Volleyball competition at 13 JAK RIF playground, here today.
The match was played between GDC Drass and a team from 13 JAK RIF. After the neck to neck competition, the Army team won the match by 3-2. The Department of Sports at GDC Drass is committed to promote physical activity and sportsmanship among students. The volleyball competition was a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their skills and develop teamwork.
While speaking on the occasion one of the officers from Army encouraged and appreciated the players and ensured to conduct more such tournaments in future. Mohd Yassin CDPE of the college presented the vote of thanks to the participants and guests.
