JAMMU, Dec 11: The Gatka team of Government Degree College (GDC) Kunjwani has brought immense pride to the institution by winning 5 Gold Medals, 8 Silver Medals and 3 Bronze Medals at the Inter-College Gatka (Men and Women) Championship 2024-25 held at the University of Jammu.
The standout performers, Mantasha Jan, Khushi, and Anu Devi (all from BA Sem-1), were selected for the Inter-University Tournament following their remarkable performances. Upon their return, the team was felicitated by Prof. (Dr.) Manisha Sarup Kohli, Principal of GDC Kunjwani, who congratulated them and extended her blessings for their future success. She also praised Malik Aijaz Iqbal, Physical Director, and the entire Sports Committee for their dedicated efforts.
