JAMMU, Dec 7: Students of GDC Kunjwani have brought laurels to their College by winning gold, silver and bronze medals in different Inter-College Tournaments organised by Director Physical Education and Sports, University of Jammu.
Kamaljeet Bhougal of BA Semester III of the College won Gold Medal and Ritesh Bhan of B. Com Semester V won Bronze medal in Inter College Taekwondo (Men) Championship 2024-25.
In Inter-College Kick-Boxing (Men) Championship 2024-25, Ritesh Bhan clinched Gold while Gurmehar Singh Dutt and Ritesh Bhan won Silver and Bronze Medals respectively in Inter-College Grappling (Men) Tournament.
In Inter College (Men) Tournament, Sudhanshu Rajwal, Shravan Katoch, Kalyan Basal, Hardik Manchanda and Gagan Gagotra bagged Bronze Medals.
Dr. Manisha Sarup Kohli, Principal of the College and staff felicitated the winners for their extraordinary performance. She also acknowledged Malik Aijaz Iqbal, (Physical Director) and the whole Sports Committee for strenuous efforts.
