JAMMU, Aug 23: Government Degree College (GDC) Ramnagar today inaugurated seven days online international workshop on “Career Awareness and Role of Physical Education for Healthy Lifestyle” in collaboration with PEFI India.
College Principal, Dr Udhey Bhanu welcomed the participants and resource persons.
Dr AK Uppal, former Vice Chancellor of Jiwaji University, Dean LNIPE and working president of PEFI was the chief guest and keynote speaker, whereas Dr Dinesh Kumar, Vimal Kishore, Dr Arjun Singh, Dr Rakesh Tomar, Dr Sonesh Punia and Prof Vivek Pandey were the resource persons of the seven days event.
Inaugural speech was given by Dr Piyush, founder and secretary of PEFI, while Prof Shiv Kumar, convenor of the event gave vote of thanks. About 1000 participants from the various institutes across the country have attended the today’s live session.
The event was organised under the guidance of Commissioner Secretary Higher Education, Talat Parvez Rohella.
