JAMMU, Oct 21: GGM Science College emerged victorious in the Volleyball (Men) Inter-College Tournament for the 2024-2025 session, organized by the Cluster University of Jammu (CLUJ) at Govt. SPMR College of Commerce. The final event was graced by Dr. (Prof.) Naveen Anand, Dean of Academic Affairs, CLUJ, as the chief guest, along with Dr. Vinod Bakshi, Director of Physical Education & Sports, CLUJ, as the guest of honour.
Principal Dr. Romesh Kumar Gupta congratulated the GGM Science College team for their exceptional performance. The tournament kicked off with an exciting match between Govt. SPMR College and Govt. MAM College, which ended in a 2-1 victory for Govt. MAM College. In the final, GGM Science College dominated with a decisive 3-0 win against Govt. MAM College. Key players Rajat Sharma, Sudanshu Verma, and Jatin Raywal delivered outstanding performances, solidifying the team’s triumph. The match was officiated by Mulkh Raj, Parvinder Singh and Aman.
