JAMMU, Aug 25: Department of Youth Services and Sports organized U-19 Inter School Zonal Level Cricket Competition (Boys).
The first match was played between GHS Sumb and GHS Samba, in which former registered win by 1 run.
The second match was played between Adarsh Vidya Peeth Higher Secondary School Samba and Shishu Niketan Higher Secondary School, in which latter emerged winner by 12 runs.
The matches were officiated by Anirudh Singh Slathia, Kulbir Singh, Raj Singh Chib, Purab Chander, Keshav Singh, Sumant Singh, Vijay Kumar, Zorawar Singh Sambyal, Sudesh Kumari, Roopa Sambyla, Sushma Sambyal, Asha Rani, Meenakshi Sambyal, Shashi Sambyal, Deep Sharma, Sandeep Singh, Raj Kumar and Bhopinder Singh.
The competition is being organized under the direction of Director General Jehangir Mir and supervision of District Youth Services and Sports Officer Samba Subash Chander Bhardwaj and ZPEO of Samba Rakesh Verma.
