JAMMU, Nov 12: Students of GD Goenka Public School today lifted ‘KC INNOVIZ-2022’ trophy for best participation in three day long ‘KC Tech Fest’ that culminated at K C Public School, here.
Chairman, Team Jammu and vice-president, Press Club of Jammu, Zorawar Singh Jamwal was the chief guest on the occasion.
The hackathon was organised for the first time here in Jammu during which 11 different events were held. The selection of the winners was a tough decision to be made as all the participants competed neck to neck. All of the participants were first timers and they excelled with flying colours.
The chief guest motivated the participants with their words to move forward with a positive attitude and revolutionise the world with their technological skills and talents. He also congratulated the faculty and the management for organizing such event that brings more exposure among students.
During the prize distribution ceremony, the trophy for the best participants was awarded to G.D. Goenka Public School.
IT Head-Pranav Akshit, Deputy-IT Head, Pradnya Shavan, Amodhini Sharma, Aakarsh Roshan, Agastya Bajaj, Aabhas Upadhaya and Himank Pandoh were among the organising committee, while Abhay Pratap, Udhayveer Singh, Divyanshi Gupta, Harshini Wanchoo, Ashmita Singh, Amulya Bhushan, Navya Mahajan, Neharika Sharma, Shivam Amla, Yaagyaseni, Rudra Gupta, Arushi Pandita, Abhinay Khatri, Suhas Koul, Anadi Saini, Parth Raina, Eddha Manhas, Rushil, Shashank, Bhavesh Tickoo, Medhaj Pathania, Omeir Singh, Mannat Sharma, and Samriti Jamwal played a key role in managing the event and making it a huge success.
Earlier, Principal, Amarendra Mishra welcomed the participants, while Managing Director Arti Chowdhary presented vote of thanks.
The students were facilitated by fest coordinators Neha Badyal, Shuchi Sharma, Suniya Sameer, Narinder Kaur, Ajeet, Mohit and Susheel and Shefali Gupta.
