JAMMU, July 30: Goenkan Acres today organized an Inter House Sports Quiz for the senior classes at the venerable halls of the school library.
The topics ranged from the general sports questions to the more fastidious ones. The first round on the card was the visual round, where the participants had to identify the sports star and their sports discipline.
Then the Quiz moved on to the Soccer round, Common wealth games, the Olympics, the Asian Games, the Aquatic Sports and the Rapid Fire round. The entire session made the audience spell bound and tested the patience and the perseverance of the winners who clearly stood out with an impressive total.
Vivekananda House slowly but steadily ascended the score chart and was adjudged the Best House in Sports Quiz followed by Teresa, Tagore and Radhak rishnan House.
The Principal of the School, Rajesh Rathore, felicitated the winner of the competition.
