JAMMU, June 10: The students of GD Goenka Public School brought laurels to the school by securing medals in the 31st All India Karate Championship, organised by Shito-Ryu Karate School of India at Uttarakhand.
In the championship, Srishti Wali clinched Gold medal in Kumite and Bronze medal in Kata, Rakshit Mehta bagged Gold medal in Kumite and Silver medal in Kata, Mumukshu Pratap Singh secured Gold medal in Kumite and Silver medal in Kata.
Vasu Vardhan Singh got Silver medals in Kumite and Kata, Ayushman Pandita clinched Silver medal in Kumite and Bronze medal in Kata, Vatsal Gandotra bagged Silver medal in Kumite and Bronze medal in Kata, Dhananjay Singh got Bronze medals in Kumite and Kata, Aditya Jandial bagged Bronze medals in Kumite and Kata, Harshit Kohli clinched Silver medal in Kumite and Bronze medal in Kata.
Abhijeet Singh Chib, coach also clinched Gold medal in Kumite and Bronze medal in Kata.
Principal of the school, Dr RP Singh congratulated all the students and their coach for their splendid performances in All Indian Karate Championship.
