JAMMU, Nov 20: Students of GD Goenka Public School brought laurels to the school by winning 5 gold, 6 silver and 5 bronze medals in the District Level Table Soccer Competition held recently at Spring Blossom School, Janipur.
Skipper Akshun Singh, Govind Khajuria, Ritvik, Luv Sharma and Malvika Kapoor claimed gold medals.
The silver medals were bagged by Arman Luthra, Shagun, Daksh Singh, Ayush Parihar, Anshika Manhas and Vanshika Manhas.
The bronze medals were conferred to Vanshaj, Sohail Jamwal, Tanushka, Sheikh Zoya and Ananya Sharma.
The students who got certificate of participation were Obaid, Ayush Koul and Himanshu.
Principal, Poonam Jha congratulated the students for winning medals and also for bringing laurels to the school.
The students participated in the championship under the supervision of Ranjit Singh Shan, Coach.
