JAMMU, Feb 13: Footballers displayed extraordinary soccer skills on day-2 of the 27th Annual J&K Football Championship, being organised by Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) at twin venues of Mini Stadium, Parade and GGM Science College ground, here.
In the five matches played at Mini Stadium Parade, SFA defeated Hajin Zone (2-0), Jammu United drubbed DFA Shopian 4-0, Zone Pattan defeated DFA Sopore 1-0, NGR trounced DFA Samba 2-0 and Hyderia Sports beat Young Heroes 3-2 via tie-breaker.
Meanwhile, at GGM Science College ground, DFA Baramulla beat DFA Pulwama 4-0, Param Sports prevailed over Zone Pampore 1-0, Young Star FC beat Clmrat FC 4-3 via tie-breaker, DFA Budgam defeated DFA Kathua 2-1 and J&K Bank Academy defeated DFA Handwara 2-0.
