JAMMU, Feb 20: On the directions of Special Railway Magistrate, Pacca Danga police arrested the son of Parjan Jain, the proprietor of “Shanker Shah jewellers” in cheque bouncing case.
As per police sources, a non-bailable warrant was issued by Special Railway Magistrate against Gourav Jain, son of Parjan Jain, resident of 3 Manda Hill in cheque bouncing case.
To execute the warrant, police team from Pacca Danga police station headed by SHO Mahesh Sharma arrested the accused Gourav Jain.
Gourav was summoned various times by the Court in a complaint, filed by Sham Gupta, but he did not respond, which led to his arrest today.
Jain involved in cheque bouncing case was arrested in a complaint registered under Section 138 NIA. He will be produced in the court of law for necessary action tomorrow.
