JAMMU, Jan 30: Governor N N Vohra has congratulated Garima Charak and Arti Devi, both NCC Senior Wing Girl Cadets, for securing the first and third positions in “Best Cadet” Competitions in the Senior Army and Navy Wings respectively. This Competition was held during the recently concluded Republic Day Camp-2016 at New Delhi.
In a congratulatory message, the Governor has conveyed his best wishes to both the girls and their families and wished them a bright future ahead.
