Govind conferred ‘Shikshak Shri Award’

JAMMU, Sept 6: Son of Jammu & Kashmir and the recipient of President Award – 2016 and Rashtriya Shiksha Rattan Award – 2017, Govind Sharma, Master of Government High School Narla, Zone Khawas, District Rajouri, has been conferred with prestigious “Shikshak Shri Award – 2018”.
The award in the form of Shikshak Shri-Shafa, Shawl, Engraved Silver Medal, Appreciation Certificate, Sri Fal and Awardee Badge, was conferred to Govind Sharma in the Indo-Nepal Cultural Sammelan and concept programme of Teacher’s Conference held on Teachers’ Day in the Indian Society of International Law Sabhaghar, VK Krishnan Menon Bhavan, New Delhi, by first Vice President of Government of Nepal, Judge Parmanand Jha in the presence of former Ambassador, Embassy of Nepal – Qatar, Dr Shamanand Suman, Union Minister of State for Defence (Government of India), Subash Bamare and other distinguished guests.
The prestigious award was given to Govind Sharma for his restless efforts for World Peace and in the public recognition of his valuable and commendable services rendered to the holistic development of community for the cause of education as a Teacher of Outstanding Merit.
Govind Sharma, who hails from the Tehsil Sunderbani of District Rajouri, is an Alumni of GGM Science College, Jammu from where he did his graduation.
