JAMMU, Sept 1: The State Government has accorded sanction for constitution of a committee to formulate the development plan for courts, especially subordinate courts, as per the directions of the Supreme Court.
The committee, headed by Principal Secretary Finance Department, shall be comprising Principal Secretary Planning, Monitoring & Development Department, Commissioner Secretary PWD (R&B), Secretary, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs and an officer from the High Court ( to be nominated by the Chief Justice J&K) as the Members.
