JAMMU, Jan 25: The State Government has accorded sanction to the constitution of a Project Monitoring Committee (PMC) for ensuring timely construction of the girls hostels under the Integrated Centrally sponsored scheme Rashtrriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) in the State.
Headed by Administrative Secretary School Education Department as its Chairman, the committee shall comprise Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Administrative Secretary PW (R&B) Department, Administrative Secretary RDD and Panchayati Raj, Director School Education Jammu/Kashmir, Chief Engineer PW (R&B) Department, Kashmir/Jammu as the members and State Project Director RMSA, J&K as Secretary.
