Govt forms committee for settlement of case with KFC Intl Ltd

JAMMU, Jan 3: On the order of Lieutenant Governor, the J&K Government has constituted a committee for exploring possibility of amicable settlement of the case titled M/s KFC International Limited versus Chief Engineer (System & Operation) Jammu.
Headed by the Development Commissioner, PDD as its Chairman, the committee shall examine and furnish a detailed report for exploring possibility of amicable settlement of the case.
Secretary (Technical) PDD, Director General (Codes), Finance Department, Additional Secretary, Department of Law Justice & Parliamentary Affairs, Chief Engineer (S&O), Kashmir and Director Finance , PDD are Members of this committee.
