SAMBA, Aug 21: Government Higher Secondary School Rangarh won the titles of Football Under-19 boys, Cricket Under-19 boys and Cricket Under-19 girls in the ongoing Inter-School Under-19 boys and girls tournaments, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports District Samba, under the supervision of Sunil Kumar, DYSSO Samba.
Earlier, in Under-19 boys Football, HSS Ramgarh defeated Govt HSS Nandpur by 2 goals, while in Cricket Under-19 boys, Govt HSS Ramgarh got better of Govt HSS Gho Brahmana and in Under-19 girls Cricket, Govt HSS Ramgarh again drubbed Govt HSS Gho Brahmana to claim the title.
The teams of Ramgarh zone in these disciplines have been selected by the panel of experts from the Department of Youth Services and Sports including Chander Parkash, Dhan Raj Singh, Daljeet Singh, Dheeraj Singh and Sudesh Choudhary, under the supervision of ZPEO Ramgarh Vijay Singh Slathia.
