UDHAMPUR, Dec 23: Government Middle School, Chowki Jandrore in Zone Ghordi of Ramnagar Tehsil is being run in an unsafe building, which has developed many cracks. Moreover, there is no adequate teaching staff as well as sitting arrangement for the students in the school, which has no boundary wall.
Aggrieved over dilapidated condition of the school and non-availability of adequate teaching staff, the students of this Middle School protested against the School Education Department and the District administration.
Raising slogans for teaching staff and repair of the school building, the protesting students said that there are only four teachers for eight classes in the school, which has students strength of more than one hundred.
Some locals, including Panch Girdhari Lal, Romesh Chander, Govind Ram, Mulkh Raj and others also joined the students’ protest.
