JAMMU, Apr 1: Government today constituted a committee to examine the seniority issue of the members of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, appointed to the Time Scale, with effect from January 1, 2004 to December 1, 2008.
The four-member committee, comprising Hirdesh Kumar (Chief Electoral Officer J&K), Simrandeep Singh (Secretary FCS&CA), Dr Farooq Ahmad Lone (Secretary GAD) and Achal Sethi (Secretary Law) shall work out the possible options for finalizing the seniority list on a normative basis.
The committee shall submit its report within one month.
