Graduation ceremony held at SGSD Int’l School

JAMMU, Apr 29: Pre-primary wing of SGSD International School Domana celebrated Graduation Day, here today.
The chief guest of this special event was Sharat Chander Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police Security, Jammu, while Balwinder Singh (RTI Activist), members of the Trust Amarjeet Singh, Rajnder Singh Soodan, SD Paramjeet Singh, Sharanjeet Singh and TP Singh were among the dignitaries who graced the event.
The programme commenced with the lighting of a ceremonial lamp by the chief guest, Sharat Chander Singh, Principal Sonia Pawar and Manjeet Singh, Administrator of the School. It was followed by a welcome address by the Principal. She congratulated the little graduates and their parents on this momentous occasion and appreciated their involvement in their child’s learning.
On this occasion, the children performed Ramp Walk, Qawali, Dogri Dance and Ghoomar Dance expressing their joy on graduating to the primary section. They left everybody spellbound when they danced on tunes of vibrant music displaying breathtaking colours with highly coordinated movements.
The Principal along with the chief guest felicitated the students with a certificate of graduation. Children looked pretty in their graduation robes and caps. The chief guest also lauded the young learners on their success with words of encouragement.
The entire programme was beautifully anchored by Jagandeep Kour and Kiran Bala, teachers of the School, while the vote of thanks was presented by the Kindergarten Coordinator, Tejinder Kour.
