JAMMU, July 6: Staff Training College of Grameen Bank organized first and impressive staff training session today.
At the outset Principal Staff Training College, V K Soni welcomed the Bank Chairman, R K Chhibber, General Manager and other sectional heads.
The Chairman during his impressive speech highlighted the importance of training to the new entrants as it inculcates the skills required to compete with the growing competition in banking industry.
He added further in his speech that the Bank will conduct such sessions regularly for the overall development of the staff.
Nearly 15 new recruited Office Assistants were given training with new and innovative techniques.
