LOS ANGELES, Oct 16: Rock band Green Day is coming up with a greatest hits album, titled ‘God’s Favorite Band’, which will release on November 11.
The LP will be a 22-track compilation, whose name stems from their March 22 performance on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert”, reported Billboard.
The album will feature 20 of Green Day’s biggest songs “from the dawn of creation” in 1986 to present day, along with the new song “Back In The USA” and a duet with country star Miranda Lambert on “Ordinary World”.
The tracklist comes at the close of the music group’s Revolution Radio World Tour, which ends on November 19 in Mexico City.
Some of the hits that will be available in the LP are – “American Idiot”, “Boulevard of Broken Dreams”, “Holiday”, among others.
Green Day previously released a greatest hits album, ‘International Superhits!’ in 2001. (PTI)
