JAMMU, May 14: Defeating Team Blue by 4-2 in the summit clash, Green Team won the title trophy of the1st Jammu Masters Badminton League, organized by Jammu City Badminton Club, here today.
Four teams namely Red, Green, Black and Blue, with 8 players in each team participated in the event.
The matches were conducted on rotational manner and each team played 6 matches in each age group.
Gulzar Singh Slathia, IGP (Retired) was the chief guest on the occasion, who distributed prizes among the winners and runners-up teams.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Balbir Singh Jamwal, General Secretary of Jammu City Badminton Club, Surinder Gupta, Ragubir Sharma, Rohit Devan and Kirti Sharma.
The matches were officiated by S. Sarvanan, Sukhdev Singh, Rajesh Kumar, Adersh Singh and Ranjit Singh.
