REASI, Dec 7: Additional District Development Commissioner Reasi, Ramesh Chander convened a meeting with the senior officers of the line department and said that Grievance Redressal Cells have been set up at both- District as well as Sub Division level.
He also said that complaint boxes have also been set up at panchayat level for easy access to the masses. The ADDC will act as Chairman of the district level cell, while the sub-division level cells would be headed by Sub Divisional Magistrates.
The ADDC directed the officers to collect weekly reports by every Thursday of the week which shall be subsequently submitted to the office of the LG by Friday.
