JAMMU, June 5: Group Centre Hiranagar bagged the overall trophy in the inter-battalion Cross Country event of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), organised by Smailpur in Samba based 38 Bn of the CRPF.
Overall second place was bagged by the hosts 38 Bn. In all 14 Battalions of the CRPF Jammu Sector took part in this competitions involving 67 athletes from the Force.
In the prize distribution function, 2nd-In-Command (Commandant ALO) of the hosts 38 Bn was chief guest, who presented overall trophies to the winners and runner-up teams.
Also present were Deputy Commandant of the CRPF 38 Bn, Shweta Rana, Assistant Commandants, Rajpal and GL Jatt and also other senior officers.
