JAMMU, Aug 8: Rajesh Gupta, MLA, kick started the construction of the sabha complex for the Kashyap Rajput Biradari (KRB) near Peer Kho Mandir in Ward No-3 here today.
The demand for the construction of the said sabha was pending for the last 27 years and the members of the Biradari expressed gratitude to the MLA for having fulfilled their long pending aspiration.
The cost of the said project is estimated to be about rupees Twenty Five Lakhs and an amount of Rupees Thirteen Lakhs was sanctioned initially today by Rajesh Gupta.
Mr Gupta was accompanied by Mahant Ravi Nath Ji, Mahant Peer Kho, senior BJP leader Murari Lal, Ram Labaya president Kashyap Baradari, Madan Lal Dogra and Bansi Lal Dogra.
