JAMMU, Apr 3: Rakesh Kumar Gupta, 1986 batch IAS Officer of J&K Cadre, today, took over the charge as Principal Secretary to Governor.
Prior to his posting, Mr. Gupta was working as Additional Secretary with Union Public Service Commission, New Delhi. He has taken over the charge from Navin K. Choudhary, who has been posted as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Defence.
