JAMMU: Condoling the demise of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, Governor NN Vohra today described him as an astute administrator.
The Governor expressed grief over the untimely passing on of Sayeed and in a condolence message, he has conveyed his heartfelt sympathy to the members of the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
Recalling his long association with Sayeed, the Governor described him as a senior seasoned politician and an astute administrator, who was deeply committed to restoring the state to sustained peace and normalcy and carrying it forward to achieve rapid growth and development on all fronts.
The Governor observed that the gap created by Mufti’s demise in the polity of the state would not be easy to fill. (AGENCIES)
