J&K Forests holds Novelty Club to goalless draw

SRINAGAR, July 4: Hamdaniya Football Club (FC) defeated Young Rangreth FC by a solitary goal in the Super Division while J&K Forests held equally good Novelty Sports to a goalless draw in the Premier Division of the ongoing Football League Football Tournament, organised by the J&K Football Association (JKFA) at TRC ground here today.
In the first match both teams played well to make it a goalless first half of the play. However, in the second half, Rangreth FC got a penalty kick in 49th minute but the sticker missed the target. It was in the 73rd minute that Firdous scored a goal for Hamdaniya.
In other match of the day, J&K Forests held Novelty Sports to a goalless draw.
