Handwriting Improvement Course launched in Jammu

JAMMU, Sept 17: BJP National Executive Member and J&K chief Spokesperson, Dr Jitendra Singh inaugurated the “Handwriting Improvement Course” in the premises of a premier educational institute “Aspire-the path to success”, in New Plots, here today.
He was accompanied by BJP State press secretary Balbir Ram Rattan, publicity secretary Aseem Gupta, institute’s managing director Ashwani Khosla, BJP woman leader Shilpi Verma and other prominent people associated with the institute.
Referring to the importance of legible clean handwriting, Dr Jitendra Singh said that even the father of nation Mahatma Gandhi carried a lifelong regret that as a student he did not get the opportunity to improve his hand writing to the extent he wanted.
He said that in today’s high-tech era of computers, laptops and writing keyboards, hand writing has become a casualty and therefore requires special attention training for youngster, adding that good hand writing gives the first impression about person’s inner personality.
Wishing success to Jammu’s first ever handwriting Centre, Dr Jitendra Singh said that the initiative and imaginative approach of the youth management of Aspire Institute will prove a boon for Jammu and will be followed by other cities and towns.
Managing Director of the Institute while briefing about the courses being undertaken in Aspire, said that the institute has been imparting education to the students through coaching classes from 5th to 12th besides giving coaching for competitive examinations for the last over six years.
