JAMMU, Apr 2: Dogri novel “Hashiya Par” by Shailender Singh has been selected for first Prof Ram Nath Shastri Memorial award.
The jury constituted to select the best first book of a Dogri writer in the last five years for Prof Ram Nath Shastri Memorial award met today and selected the Dogri novel “Hashiya Par”.
The members of the jury were Prof Lalit Magotra, Prof Veena Gupta, Gianeshwar, Ajit Khjauria and RB Khajuria.
