JAMMU, July 11: Senior Congress leader and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) Dr Karan Singh today said that Dr Fida Hasnain had devoted his life to studies in Sufism and spiritual literature.
Expressing grief over the demise of Dr Fida Hasnain, Dr Singh said that the departed soul was a remarkable human being and his books were widely appreciated around the world. “With his passing a generation of great scholars has disappeared”, he said while extending deep sympathy to Dr Hasnain’s family, students and well wishers.
