JAMMU, Jan 11: In a petition filed by Naginder Kumar and others, Vacation Judge of High Court Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey today issued notice to the State returnable within four weeks.
After hearing Advocate Sudershan Sharma appearing for the petitioners, High Court said, “subject to objections from other side promotions to the posts of Forest Guard in Jammu Division shall be made after deciding the representation of the petitioners with reference to their superior claim to seniority”.
