JAMMU, May 29: High Court today granted four weeks time to the respondents for filing response to the petition filed by Bench Secretaries of Judges of High Court.
The petitioners were seeking direction for framing of services rules, enhancements of salaries as per the resolution of the Apex Court adopted in the Chief Justice Conference in the year 2002 including grant of benefit of SRO 386 and creation of few additional posts.
After hearing petitioner Joginder Singh in person, Justice Tashi Rabstan granted four weeks time to respondents for filing response to the petition. The Court, however, said that respondents were at liberty to consider the case of the petitioners as contended in the petition.
