JAMMU, Apr 7: Heritage School celebrated its 20th Foundation Day today, marking two decades of excellence in education, character building and holistic development. The celebration brought together students, parents, educators and dignitaries to honour the school’s journey since 2005 and its academic distinction and values-based learning.
The event was graced by the distinguished presence of Archana Mishra, an acclaimed educationist with over 30 years of service in education and a strong advocate for Veer Naris’ empowerment. Prominent dignitaries, including Nirmal Gupta, Founder of Dhanwanti Memorial Trust, Sunil Gupta, Chairman, D.P. Gupta, Senior Advisor, and Board of Trustees members, Suman Gupta, Rohit Gupta, Vishal Gupta, Shivani Gupta and Monika Gupta, also attended the celebration.
The day began with a welcome address by Senior Coordinator Archana Sharma, followed by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. A vibrant cultural programme curated by students added grandeur to the occasion.
The highlight of the event was the felicitation of students for their outstanding achievements. Awards included the Star Achiever Trophy for Classes I and II and the prestigious All-Rounders Trophy for students in Classes III to IX. Notable awardees included Kiana Gupta, Gurvansh Singh, Devansh Bajaj, Swastika Choudhary, Dishita Choudhary, Asreet Kour, Vihaan Sharma, Samardev Bansal, Sanvi Kundal, Niyati Bajaj, Sanvi Sharma, Kavya Gupta, Siya Kaushal, Pranwat Singh Nagra, Jhanavi Raina and Aayaan Gupta. Culture House was awarded the Best House Trophy. Archana Mishra lauded the school’s role in shaping future citizens, while Chairman Sunil Gupta spoke about the school’s growth and digital transformation. Principal Akash Pradhan delivered the vote of thanks.
