Jammu, May 1: Security forces today busted a militant hideout and recovered cache of arms and ammunition in mountainous Doda district.
Acting on a tip-off, Rashtriya Rifle troops along with Police this afternoon launched search operation in General Area of Chatru in Kishtwar district,” an official spokesman here said.
He said that search party recovered two .303 Rifles, one 12 Bore Rifle, one country made Rifle, four UBGL Grenades, 50 rounds PIKKA belted, 71 rounds of AK-47 Rifle, two magazines of AK 47 Rifle and one magazine of 7.62 LMG.
The area was cordoned and searches were intensified, he added. (AGENCIES)
