Hindi Kavi Goshthi organized

JAMMU, Sept 20: A Hindi Kavi Goshthi was organized by Jammu Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages at KL Sehgal Hall on the occasion of Hindi Diwas under Hindi Pakhwada.
This Kavi Goshthi was presided over by the eminent Hindi poet Anila Singh Charak. She stressed that we should encourage the new generation. “Our children want to be associated with Hindi literature, we should take meaningful cooperation and inspiration to them,” she added.
At the beginning of the program, Dr Arvinder Singh Amn, Additional Secretary, JKAACL threw light on activities of the Academy, which has been providing a platform to established and new litterateurs.
Among the poets, who presented their poems in the Kavi Goshthi, were Sunil Kumar, Alka Sharma, Amita Mehta, Sheikh Mohammed Kalyan, Dr Parshottam Lal, Kewal Kumar Kewal, Sudhir Mahajan and Anila Singh Charak.
Yashpaul Nirmal conducted the program very efficiently. The vote of thanks was presented by Dr Ratan Basotra, I/cTranslation Research Centre, Editor Hindi and Dogri.
