JAMMU, Apr 28: Junior Women Hockey team of Jammu and Kashmir defeated Hockey Gujarat by nine goals to nil (9-0) in the ongoing 7th Hockey India Junior Women National Championship 2017, being played at Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh.
For J&K, Chittra Bhadur was the star performer, who scored magnificent 4 goals, while Mridula Sharma and Abilove Kour netted 2 goals each and Priya Thakur scored the remaining goal.
Jammu and Kashmir will take on Hockey Himachal in the next outing on April 30, 2017.
