JAMMU, Sept 8: Hockey J&K affiliated with Hockey India held annual general meeting vis-à-vis election to elect the office bearers.
Dr Narinder Batra has been elected as president, while Sheikh Mohammad Maqbool and Jaswant Singh as vice presidents for Kashmir and Jammu province respectively, Romal Singh as secretary general, Rajinder Singh as treasurer, Sham Lal Sharma and Ranbir Singh as vice presidents (M) for Jammu province and Kashmir province respectively.
Prof Sarla Kohli and Achint Kour were elected as vice presidents (F) for Jammu province and Asima Ali as vice president (F) for Kashmir province, Gurdeep Singh as joint secretary (M) for Kashmir province and Jagjeet Kour as joint secretary (F) for Jammu province, Manjeet Singh Reen as resident secretary (M) for Jammu province, Asha Rani as resident secretary (F) for Jammu province and Gurdeep Singh Bakshi as secretary.
Ramanjeet Kour, Roopa Kumari, Charanjeet Singh, Tejinder Singh, Raviraj Singh, Mushtaq Kuchai and Sukhdev Singh were elected as executive board members.
