JAMMU, Jan 9: Hockey J&K under the aegis of Hockey India today launched its official website (https://hockeyjk.in/) in a simple function held at KK Hakhu Stadium, here today.
The website was launched by the working president of Hockey J&K, Rajeev Sharma in the presence of Rajinder Singh, general secretary of Hockey India and Dr Taran Singh general secretary Hockey J&K and other office bearers besides players and coaches.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajeev Sharma asked office bearers of Hockey J&K to work hard to achieve success in national and international tournaments. Hockey being the national game of the country needs special attention from all the stakeholders.
Rajinder Singh highlighted the steps taken by the Hockey India to promote the game at village levels by providing opportunities to the under privileges players by providing them necessary equipment and accessories, whereas Dr Taran Singh highlighted the main features of the newly launched website.
